      <image:caption>the trusted source for architectural design and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) consulting. He is driven to create thoughtful architecture with a sense of place and sensitivity to the user experience and their environment.  He has served on his local American Institute of Architects executive board, the Accessibility Technical Advisory Committee of the Florida Building Commission and the Building Code Committee of the Florida Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). John’s deep understanding of the ADA standards and architectural experience guide his clients to compliance with the laws affecting the disabled at facilities ranging from small businesses to international corporations. He has also provided educational courses to Broward County plan reviewers and inspectors. His design efforts have been recognized for outstanding achievement. In addition, he pioneered this generation of green building certifications through his early efforts in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and achieved the highest level, gold certification.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>As a graduate from Clarkson University in New York, Jeffery received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1998.  He attained his Florida Professional Engineering License and is also a certified Florida Department of Environmental Protection Management System Inspector.    Jeffery has achieved numerous records of achievement including the prestigious Kinder Morgan Remediation Safety Award. He assists clients with existing engineering issues by preparing Remedial Action Plans, including detailed parking lot configuration recommendations.  In addition, he develops design and implementation plans for those clients with due diligence needs.  His experience in managing the technical and regulatory compliance with numerous State and Federal agencies, including the Department of Justice’s Americans with Disability Act Accessibility Guidelines make him a special addition to the Square One Accessibility Consulting’s team.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ellen received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.   She then went on, in 2015,  to graduate Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Architecture degree from Southern Illinois University. In addition to her vast design experience, Ellen has provided structural and detailed drawings for buildings in need of repair.  She also has completed surveys, reports and recommendations to help clients achieve compliance when faced with complaints related to the Department of Justice’s Americans with Disability Act Accessibility Guidelines.    In her spare time Ellen serves  as a member of the Habitat for Humanity’s Construction Team and was appointed to the Frederick, Maryland Public Arts Commission.</image:caption>
